Singapore, September 17, 2026 – AgriS (Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company, HOSE: SBT) was honored at the ESGBusiness Awards 2026 in two categories: the Sustainable Agriculture Award – Vietnam and the Good Governance Award – Vietnam. This marks the third consecutive year AgriS has received recognition for sustainable agriculture, while also expanding its ESG achievements into the field of corporate governance.
Held in Singapore on September 17, the ESGBusiness Awards 2026 brought together companies and organizations recognized for outstanding environmental, social and governance initiatives and strategies. According to ESGBusiness, this year’s submissions were assessed based on impact, effectiveness and innovation by a panel of experts from PwC Singapore, EY, Kearney, Deloitte Singapore and KPMG Singapore.
At the 2026 awards, AgriS was named a winner in both the Sustainable Agriculture Award – Vietnam and Good Governance Award – Vietnam categories, reflecting recognition of both its sustainable agriculture practices and the governance foundation supporting long-term growth.

Three Consecutive Years of Recognition for Sustainable Agriculture
This year’s award extends AgriS’s three-year recognition in the Sustainable Agriculture Award – Vietnam category, following its achievements at the ESGBusiness Awards in 2024 and 2025. In 2024, AgriS received the award for the first time; in 2025, the Company was once again honored with the Sustainable Agriculture Award – Vietnam, together with the Net-zero Award – Agriculture.
This continued recognition reflects AgriS’s long-term direction of integrating ESG throughout its agricultural value chain, from raw material areas, production, technology and data to resource utilization, product development and market expansion.
As part of its long-term development strategy, AgriS operates a Circular Commercial Value Chain, integrating AgTech, FoodTech and FinTech on an ESG foundation to optimize resources and create greater value from agriculture. At the ESGBusiness Awards 2025, this model was also highlighted by the organizer as a platform enabling AgriS to align growth objectives with environmental protection and the development of the agricultural economy.
Expanding AgriS’s ESG Footprint from Agriculture to Governance
Alongside the Sustainable Agriculture Award, the Good Governance Award – Vietnam adds another important dimension to AgriS’s ESG journey: corporate governance capability.
For AgriS, sustainable development is closely linked to building a governance system capable of supporting long-term objectives, strengthening transparency in operations and integrating ESG considerations into value-chain management.
Being recognized in both sustainable agriculture and good governance demonstrates how ESG is increasingly embedded as a cross-cutting foundation within AgriS’s development model, connecting business performance with environmental and social responsibility, as well as governance quality.
Continuing to Build the Foundation for Sustainable Growth
As ESG standards increasingly become part of corporate competitiveness, access to capital and participation in global value chains, AgriS continues to connect sustainable development with innovation, technology and operational efficiency.
Building on its high-tech agriculture platform and diversified product ecosystem, the Company aims to improve resource efficiency, expand circular models, advance emissions reduction and strengthen its governance system in line with its growing scale of operations.
Recognition at the ESGBusiness Awards 2026 therefore marks another milestone in AgriS’s ongoing journey to develop agriculture in a more modern, efficient and sustainable manner, while reinforcing the governance foundation required to create long-term value for the Company and its stakeholders.
The ESGBusiness Awards, organized by ESGBusiness, recognize companies with outstanding achievements in environmental, social and governance practices. The 2026 program focuses on initiatives that create measurable impact, demonstrate practical effectiveness and apply innovative approaches to sustainable development.
