AgriS Implements ONEHR with EY: Building a Human Capital Foundation for Its Global Strategy

Chia sẻ: YUIN

Operating across 30 entities in five countries is creating new requirements for how AgriS (HOSE: SBT), a high-tech agricultural group, manages, develops, and allocates its resources. Implemented with Ernst & Young (EY) on the Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, the ONEHR project establishes a unified human capital management foundation that connects people with data, operations, and AgriS’s global growth strategy toward 2030.

Technology and data continue to play a central role in AgriS’s efforts to enhance its governance capabilities.

Building on the success of the Oracle Cloud ERP system aligned with IFRS standards, which supported AgriS’s development strategy during the 2021–2025 period, the Company is working with EY to implement ONEHR on Oracle HCM Cloud. The project marks the next step in AgriS’s transformation journey, moving from operational standardization toward stronger human capital management capabilities. Guided by the message “One Platform – One Vision – One AgriS” and the ambition to “Transform to Global Excellence,” ONEHR is positioned as one of the core platforms supporting AgriS’s 2025–2030 development strategy.

Deployed at scale on a cloud-based platform, ONEHR is designed to establish a unified and integrated human capital management system across 30 AgriS member entities in five countries: Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, Laos, and Cambodia.

As AgriS’s consulting and implementation partner, EY is supporting the Company across the entire journey - from governance model design and process standardization to technology implementation - helping enhance employee experience and strengthen the operating capabilities of a multinational organization.

On September 9, 2026, the ONEHR project officially entered the Global Design milestone, laying the common foundation for Oracle HCM design and Strategic Workforce Planning in the next phases.

From Operational Digitalization to Stronger Governance Capabilities

The project is structured around a three-layer model — Operations, Management, and Governance — corresponding to three implementation phases. This approach is designed to ensure a systematic transformation process with a clear roadmap and sustainable effectiveness at a global scale.

At the Operations layer, organizational structures, processes, and workforce data are standardized to enable consistent operations and scalability.

At the Management layer, performance management, talent management, and succession planning connect people capabilities with business objectives.

At the Governance layer, workforce data provides the foundation for planning, demand forecasting, resource allocation, and higher-quality decision-making.

Notably, the HCM and ERP systems will be comprehensively integrated with platforms across AgriS’s Digi ecosystem, including AgriOS, DigiFactory, DigiRetails, SCCT, and DigiO, creating an interconnected technology infrastructure with synchronized data across human capital management, finance, and production and business operations.

This milestone marks another step in AgriS’s comprehensive digitalization journey, bringing the Company closer to a unified, transparent, and scalable digital governance ecosystem capable of supporting its global operations.

Unified Data Creates a Common Management Language for a Multinational AgriS

From Oracle Cloud ERP to Oracle HCM Cloud, digital transformation at AgriS goes beyond technology investment. It is aimed at comprehensively transforming the Company’s operating and governance capabilities. This approach is also part of how AgriS implements its ESG agenda and sustainable development strategy. Developing capabilities, building succession pipelines, and preparing a future-ready workforce not only strengthen organizational resilience, but also help translate technology foundations into competitive capabilities and long-term growth.

Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My, Chairlady of AgriS, shared: “Digital transformation is not about technology itself, but about people’s ability to master technology and create new value. As we build a multinational agricultural group, we see people development as going hand in hand with stronger governance capabilities and innovation. The capabilities of each individual shape the capabilities of the organization, and the capabilities of the organization determine the resilience of growth.”

Representing EY, Mr. Will Nguyen, Deputy General Director of EY Vietnam and Head of Technology Consulting, shared: “A human capital transformation program can only create meaningful value when technology is designed in alignment with the operating model, processes, data, and people capabilities. EY is committed to working alongside AgriS to translate this vision into practical governance, management, and operational capabilities, enabling the leadership team to make informed decisions in talent development, workforce planning, and the pursuit of long-term growth objectives.”

The implementation of ONEHR further strengthens the technology – governance – people foundation for AgriS’s next stage of development, positioning human capital as a core operational pillar alongside the Oracle Cloud ERP platform. Together, these platforms form an integrated technology ecosystem designed to support AgriS on its journey to “Transform to Global Excellence” and advance its global growth strategy for the 2025–2030 period.
