- Supporting the activities of the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders: preparing and organizing meetings of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors and its Committees; advising on meeting procedures and formalities, the preparation of resolutions and minutes, and other related corporate governance matters;
- Advising on corporate governance: supporting the Board of Directors in applying and implementing corporate governance principles, and keeping abreast of legal requirements and good corporate governance practices;
- Supporting the exercise of the rights and obligations of the Board of Directors: providing necessary information and documents and supporting Members of the Board of Directors in exercising their assigned rights and obligations;
- Supporting shareholder relations and information disclosure: supporting the protection of shareholders' lawful rights and interests; monitoring and reporting to the Board of Directors on the Company's information disclosure activities;
- Serving as a focal point for coordination and information confidentiality: facilitating coordination among the Board of Directors, the Board of Management, shareholders and other stakeholders; maintaining the confidentiality of information in accordance with applicable laws, the Company's Charter and internal regulations.
The specific rights and obligations of the Person in Charge of Corporate Governance and the Company Secretary shall be exercised in accordance with applicable laws, the Company's Charter and internal regulations.
