At the same time, it aims to promote healthy daily eating habits for global consumers as a smart and sustainable choice.
The message about plant-based food is clearly conveyed through the panel discussion on the topic "The era of plant-based food," with the participation of leading experts in the fields of nutrition and food. Alongside TTC AgriS's initiatives and solutions for exploiting plant-based food, the experts have emphasized the positive value of this type of food in a "suitable" balanced diet while still retaining its natural delicious taste.

Panel Discussion on "The Era of Plant-Based Food"
Regarding the benefits that plant-based food brings to health, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Bach Mai, Former Vice Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, affirmed: "TTC AgriS's plant-based products are produced through fermentation technology, resulting in high-protein content that is highly beneficial for the body's absorption process. In particular, besides providing a balanced daily diet, this type of food also minimizes the negative impacts of animal protein on human health."
According to nutrition expert M.Sc. Ha Thi Cam Van, "plant-based food can address issues of digestion and allergies for consumers as it contains a majority of high-biological-value proteins with a small molecular structure that is easily absorbed by the body. This is also a solution that more and more consumers are adopting for their healthy eating habits and animal welfare protection."

Customers and partners are impressed by the nutritious, delicious, and diverse plant-based foods processed by TTC AgriS.

Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and food processing technology are applied to enhance integrity, reliability, and traceability of plant-based foods.
In light of the continuous shift in consumer habits following the Covid-19 pandemic, coupled with the impacts of climate change and the risk of food crises, plant-based food has emerged as a global trend that is increasingly prevalent in the comprehensive nutritional value chain.
